Where does the warm water run,
When I can feel the chill of your edge.
The ups and downs
Of where you take me
Is bordering on
Insanity.
I feel the room,
And you are here
Beating a drum in my head.
Over again,
It’s so loud
We both want to scream.
And rid the air
Of the chill you breathe.
In moments of despair
Come, sit with me,
Let my touch
Drown your sorrows.
Notice
The little things
That pump life
Through your veins,
And then maybe,
You’ll be able to
Suck in the sweetness
And we will talk.
It’s a pleasure to read you, really.
