Nothing
Flatlines
Because it’s no more
Than nothing.
Life ceases to roll
To wrap around anything
You tinker and you toy
Playing with
So much more
Than
What it is.

It could mean everything
It could mean the most important thing
How
Then
Is it
Nothing?

Your nothing
Is different
Than my nothing.
If nothing
Is just nothing
Then it’s all the same,
But it’s not
Just listen.

It is everything
Unwrapped
Scattered all over
Our minds
Can’t make sense of
Nothing
So
It turns us
Numb.
Not dealt with,
Null and
Void.
~~~
We fight against nothing.
How can that be nothing,
It has to be something, right?
~~~
I wonder,
To feel nothing,
Is so much.
All it can be is
Nothing at all.
