I’m sitting somewhere

In-between

Life begging at the knees

But I don’t want to go

Stripping me down

And whispering

All of these things

It dances and sings

In a warm glow

I still don’t want to go

It laughs and tickles

Tempting me so

To go…

There is too much love

Over here and over there

Why must I go

Tears flow

Holding on to so much more

I can-not let go
